Thank you for your interest in our TLIST Hierarchic List control for 
Visual Basic/Win.  

TList is an outline control, a special type of list box for 
Visual Basic which allows you to display items in a list 
hierarchically. This is useful in organizing and displaying 
logically grouped elements, either text, pictures or a 
combination of the two.  Using TList, one can create directory 
trees as exemplified by File Manager, or track discussion 
threads in an on-line conference.  The possibilities are endless.

There are several benefits to using TList over other outline controls:
   *	TList supports independent pictures, fonts, font styles, 
	foreground and background colors for each item.
   *	Each items in a TList outline can contain multiple lines of text.
   *	Fast, flicker-free operation.
   *	Flexible indexing scheme supports a choice of access mechanisms.
   *	Drag & Drop support.
   *	Item count limited only by available memory.  
   *	TList supports multiple selections.
   *	Powerful features to support list reorganization.

Specifications:

   *	Number of Items:   TList is limited only by your available memory. 
	There is no preset limitation on the number of elements in the list.
	Note however that the following limits do apply:
		The Maximum number of items that can be 
		expanded(visible) simultaneously in a control is 4,000.
		The Maximum number of subordinate items any item is 3,999.
   *	Pictures, assigned to TList, may be of any size, but they are 
	displayed in a rectangle no larger than 255 pixels X 255 pixels,
	and will be scaled if necessary to fit in such a size.
   *	Each item may hold up to 32,680 characters of text.
   *	Nesting levels: 32

	
The VBX's included on this disk will work in RunTime mode (as part of 
a compiled EXE ) only.  You may freely distribute the TL_DEMO.ZIP file 
without.
